Dun Guzepp Xerri

The School is named after Dun Ġużepp Xerri,  first St. Julian's parish Priest           (1891-1897). The school is located  in the centre of St.Julian's, near the Parish Church.  The main entrance is situated in Lapsi Street,   opposite the chapel known as Ta' Lapsi, which was the original parish  church.   All the  classrooms and the two yards have a magnificent view of St. Julian's Valley and Spinola Bay.

   Facilities

The school has excellent facilities. Besides the spacious and well equipped classrooms, it has two large yards, a gym, a fitness centre, a large  theatre hall, a library for students and another one for local residents, a cookery room, a science and technology room and various green areas. There is also an outdoor road safety education area equipped with traffic lights, zebra crossing, and other road signs.

  Activities

During the scholastic year, various activities are organised by the school and the school council both for the students and their parents. Besides the normal curricular activities and outings we have the Christmas Concert and party, Prize day, carnival fancy dress day, sports festivals and others. The school also takes part in various activities organised by  the Education Division or other organisations at national level.
