The central theme for this scholastic year 2005-2006 was 'Building Friendship' as set out in our School Development Plan.
Our teachers and students developed this theme as a centre of interest to combine subjects, activities and project work. 'Building Friendship' was developed in the eTwinning sessions that seven our teachers organised with schools in various parts of Europe: Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Holland and Ireland.
New friendships were also developed with school children in Malta through the exchange of letters with Zejtun B Primary School.
Our students developed new awareness about their duties towards pets, as animal friends, through our school's donations to two organisations for abandoned animals: the Cat Sanctuary and the Association for Abandoned Animals.
