The School Refurbishment Project |
| |
The school has lovely gardens, large airy
classrooms and open spaces about which visitors invariably comment very
positively. It has the potential to become one of the most attractive
educational establishments on the island - something to make us all proud
especially when links with foreign schools and exchange visits become more
common. For this reason, our school has various refurbishment projects to be
carried out. Such projects include:
 |
Artificial
Football Pitch
|
 |
A Gardening Area
 |
A gardening area is behind block C. The purpose of
this area is to help pupils to get in direct contact with nature by
getting on-hand experience with respect to gardening techniques.
Moreover, this area can serve as a seating area with natural sun shading
being provided by the planting of various deciduous trees along the
paved pathway in the same area.
|
|
 |
An Outside Performance Area
 |
This area is situated adjacent to the proposed gardening area. We
are proposing that a fixed stage and a seating area will be constructed
so that when the weather permits, certain activities which will cater
for about fifty students can be carried outside. Some sun-shading can be
provided by covering the seating area by some appropriate material that
will complement to the proposed design of the area. |
