We actively work so that all children may feel happy, secure and motivated.   Establish warm pupil/teacher/parent relations Increase self esteem by promoting self confidence through achievement Provide opportunities for a wide range of school activities. We seek to create the right conditions so that each and every child may receive a quality education.     Make sure school and classroom conditions are clean, attractive and well organized. Establish common school policies. Involve parents more in the education of their children. Provide continuity in the children's learning.   We do our very best to teach our pupils effectively, always seeking their interaction and all-round development according to the guidelines as set down in the National Minimum Curriculum. Plan lessons well sharing expertise and talents with colleagues. Provide a much individual help and attention to pupils as possible. Aim at flexibility and be as practical as possible. Give priority to the progress and attainment of children.   Particular importance is given to  the crucial Kindergarten and Early Years as well as to the acquisition of Oracy, Reading and other Life Skills throughout the pupils' scholastic years. Provide carefully planned play and story-telling sessions. Establish strong home/school relationship links especially in the development of reading skills. Every day engage pupils in meaningful conversation and allocate time for reading. Aim at making pupils as responsible and independent as possible. back to top We seek to develop in EVERYONE the desire to learn and the will to strive to improve on previous best.   Set high expectations for involvement, behaviors and attainment. Praise progress and celebrate achievement. Challenge negative perceptions and attitudes. Be involved in collaborative working practices.    We constantly aim to provide an education based on sound moral values while exercising a spirit of fair play in disciplinary matters.   Be a good role model for the children. Give moral instruction the importance it deserves. Be strict but fair. Provide wrong-doers with the opportunity to reform.   We welcome and encourage the involvement and cooperation of both parents and community for the benefit of the children and of our organization in itself. Work with parents and the community to support learning. Establish links with other schools.
