I welcome you to St. Nicholas College, Boys' Secondary School, situated in some of the most panoramic grounds and historical buildings in Mtarfa.
It has been a great pleasure for me to be offered the leadership of this school community. In a short time I have come to form part of a very dynamic team leading the school as well as a very dedicated Teaching Staff and Learning Suffport Assistants.
Although our school will be passing through many changes in the coming years we still want to keep on working and building on the successes the school enjoyed in the past years.
Our community will remain "committed to educate young people for life as complete human beings," as our school Mission Statement states.
For this reason this year we are embarking on a whole school cross-curricular thematic project centering on the historical building which houses our school and how this was used in times of War in Malta. This project will involve not only teaching staff and students but also the local community of Mtarfa.
Personally I want to continue providing the leadership and support to all Staff members to continue deliver quality and holistic education with emphasis on sports activities as well as other extra curricular activities.
Within the coming year we will strive to deliver the best quality education within the new NCF being discussed in these months.
