The School Counselor
- is responsible for the guidance and counseling services in the school
- liaises with Guidance Teachers
- conducts personal counseling sessions with students
- advises parents
- organizes activities, talks, etc
- makes referrals if and when required

Helping students clarify their ideas about own career paths, organizing visits to the work places, preparing students for life after leaving school, etc.
